Refund policy

All Casual Fly pieces are released in limited quantities and often produced on a preorder basis. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns.

We understand that sizing matters. If you receive an item that does not fit, we may offer a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, pending availability.

To request an exchange:

• Item must be unworn

• Item must be unwashed

• Tags must remain attached

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We encourage customers to review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
