All items in this release are produced in limited quantities and may be offered on a preorder basis. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing & Production

Preorder items require a production period before shipping.

Estimated production time: 2–3 weeks from the close of the drop.
Once production is complete, orders will ship within 3–5 business days.

If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready.

Shipping Time

After your order ships, delivery times vary by location.

• Domestic shipping: 3–7 business days

• International shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Casual Fly is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, Casual Fly is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping provider directly first, then reach out to us if additional support is needed.
